Italian Care in Modern Setting

Its hard to believe in 2012, the small town feel of the corner barber shop can be transferred to the modern day. Just to be clear, I am referring to the Unisex Hair Palace at the Gallaria Mall in Poughkeepsie, NY. I was recently treated to their customer service and I'll tell you... it left a lasting impression on me. People who have been customers for years were treated with the same care and personal concern as the newcomer who walks in for the first time. I felt as welcome as the first time I went to Mama DiFabio's Italian Brunch. I went their with high expectations and I underestimated how good it would be! Sal, Carmela, and all the staff at the Unisex Hair Palace treated everyone with the Old World Italian feel and after observing several satisfied customers from 3 year olds to octogenarians, I came away from the experience recommending their skill as well as their execution of their craft... I cannot say enough good things about their service and demeanor. They are at 2001 South Rd in Poughkeepsie, A.K.A. the Poughkeepsie Gallaria next to Macy's on the upper level. Stop in and give them a try if you need a trim or want "the works", they do it all and they do it in style and with great care for the customer and their needs and wishes
